Customer Relation Executive – Motorchoice

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Motorchoice Division, part of the John Clark Motor Group. As a forward-thinking business, we are seeking to progress our e-commerce proposition and improve our customer’s online purchasing experience by introducing a dedicated digital team. This team will manage all online enquiries and orders and will work closely with the Digital Team to ensure that our customers buying experience is seamless whether they are buying in store or at home via our e-commerce channel.

Purpose of the Role

In this critical role, you will be dealing directly with customers on the phone, via email or live chat.  You will be the first and maybe the only contact the customer will have with the business, so you need to represent the John Clark Motor Group accordingly. You will be expected to help customers navigate our digital platform when processing an order and answer any questions they may have, with the support of our Site based teams as and when required.

You will be part of the team and will be responsible for dealing with all online enquiries and working closely with those customers who decide to progress their order online.

Key Responsibilities

•           Support customers when they place an order through our online platform

•           Manage and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the point of first contact through to a sale or end of the lead (occasionally helping during the order process too)

•           Seek support for product related questions from the centre teams and divert queries if unable to address them

•           Seek support when answering financial information questions from the centre teams and divert if unable to address them

•           Prioritise daily tasks to focus on delivery of an exceptional customer experience

•           Work closely with other members of the business to achieve positive customer outcomes (Digital fulfilment, dealership teams, digital sales manager and digital admin)

•           To adhere to business working policies and procedures

•           Respond to inbound customer calls & messages relating to vehicles and potential orders

•           Establish rapport and trust with the customer to support potential buying decisions

•           Updating our CRM system with customer contact information for future marketing activities

•           Provide all your customers with help to create online accounts as needed

•           Manage all live chat enquiries coming into the business during the working day only

 

Key Skills & Experience

•           Customer focussed with experience in either a sales or customer service-related role

•           Experience of communicating with customers over the phone, virtually or in person

•           Strong negotiating and influencing skills

•           Familiar with working in a regulated environment

•           Confident and outgoing

•           Highly organised and structured

•           Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

•           Likes working to and meeting deadlines and targets

•           Logical with a high level of attention to detail

•           Proactive and likes to get things done

•           Driven and highly motivated
