We are currently searching for a Junior Social Media Executive to join our Digital/Marketing team in Aberdeen. This role is focused on the execution of the John Clark Motor Group social media strategy. Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Junior Social Media Executive will oversee the management of all social media campaigns to increase engagement, reach and followers. This individual will also be responsible for great return on the social media investment, driving customer engagement through to customer enquiry and to ensure social content is relevant to the product and service.

Some Responsibilities as Junior Social Media Executive:

  • Daily management of social media campaigns, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and Youtube to ensure brand communication and business objectives are met.
  • Ensure the minimum social media post frequency is achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage the group Youtube channel to ensure franchise playlists are up to date with relevant and engaging video content.
  • Ensure Group social channels are populated with fresh and relevant social content in line with brand standards.
  • Manage Facebook Dynamic Ad campaigns for all franchises.
  • Assist the HR department with regular recruitment social posts to attract new applicants.
  • Manage budgets effectively to minimise any campaign overspend.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Previous digital marketing experience and a good understanding of social media
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager & Hootsuite
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • A passion for digital marketing with an up to date understanding of latest trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good level of numerical and literacy ability.

Job Type: Full Time (9am – 5pm)
