As Finance Assistant at our Head Office, you’ll play a vital role in preparing accurate and timely financial information, provide support on group schemes and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations – working closely with Holdings Accountant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To ensure accurate and complete management of accounting ledgers including dealing with related queries and monthly reconciliations - Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements
• Review expenses to ensure accuracy, compliance with group policy, and timely processing
• Set up of bank payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Prepare internal recharges ensuring accuracy, adherence to group policies, and timely processing
• To support Holdings Finance Manager to manage the group schemes and processes including any administrative tasks required for the successful operation of the department
• To ensure that accounting and administrative records remain confidential, are accurately maintained and updated daily
• Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting and control processes
• Provide support to Holdings Finance Manager in other Ad-hoc duties when and if required
• Ad hoc support to Payroll Team Leader

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role

· Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work with high volumes

· Excellent Excel and analytical skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
