- Support OEM and franchise relationships through building relationships, consistent engagement and delivery of brand standards to upper quartile levels.
- Develop and implement marketing and customer engagement strategies in collaboration with our central teams.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, health & safety, and employment regulations.
- Champion succession planning, team development, and internal progression.
- Act as a culture ambassador—promoting fairness, performance, and customer-first thinking.
About You:
You’ll be a proven leader in the automotive sector with experience overseeing multi-site operations and driving commercial growth. Your knowledge of running all aspects of a dealership(s) will be matched by your ability to lead teams, manage change, and build strong relationships.
You’ll Have:
- Automotive leadership: Minimum 5–10 years in senior dealership leadership, ideally as Head of Business or above.
- Multi-site experience: Demonstrable experience overseeing multiple dealership sites.

- Compliance expertise: Exposure to operational and legislative compliance, ideally including FCA and HSE.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
