Parts Advisor – Brand New State-of-the-Art Site Coming to Stirling!

Are you a parts professional with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for premium brands? Pentland Land Rover Stirling is growing! We are currently building a brand-new, world-class facility, and we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our elite team.

Your Role

As a key member of our Parts team, you will be the backbone of our service and repair operations. Your mission is to ensure our customers and technicians have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify customer parts requirements and stay ahead of the curve with knowledge of new components and seasonal trends.
• Maintain meticulous stock records, manage incoming deliveries, and assist the Parts Manager with stocktaking to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Provide a seamless, professional experience for every customer, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Efficiently process orders and ensure all transactions are documented, authorized, and compliant with company policy.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience within a main dealership parts department is essential.
• Strong core computing skills (Web systems, Email, Excel). If you have experience with Pinnacle, that’s a major plus!
• A professional who can communicate clearly and build rapport easily.
• You are self-motivated, focused, and committed to delivering "Customer Excellence."
