The Role

As a Product Genius, you’ll share your enthusiasm for innovative products and technology while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be the go-to expert in the dealership, proudly representing our brands and becoming the friendly face that customers trust.

This is not a sales role – instead, you’ll empower customers by helping them understand more about the vehicles they’re interested in.

You’ll join a talented and motivated team, playing a vital part in the success of our dealership while developing your skills and career in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Product Genius:

• Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for showroom visitors and responding to online inquiries.
• Showcasing and explaining brand products, technologies, and features in a customer-friendly and approachable way.
• Creating bespoke videos for customers showcasing vehicles of interest.
• Supporting customers in getting the most out of our vehicles’ features.
• Staying up-to-date with vehicle features, industry trends, and new technologies.
• Accompanying customers on test drives, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional first experience behind the wheel.
• Assisting the Sales Team with friendly and professional vehicle handovers.
• Capturing high-quality photographs of available cars for advertising.
• Contributing to social media content with engaging posts, tips, and product highlights.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Are self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to inspire others.
• Don’t mind diving into the details to become a true expert in our vehicles and technologies (we’ll provide award-winning training!).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
