What Does the Role of Receptionist/Showroom Host Entail?

• Ensuring all incoming calls to the branch are handled promptly and professionally.
• Booking and managing customer requests for accident cover, retail, and warranty.
• Providing a pleasant and courteous welcome to all customers and visitors, promoting the professional image of our company.
• Swiftly answering and directing internal and external calls effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

What Are We Looking for in a Receptionist/Showroom Host?

• Excellent communication skills and a polite, well-mannered approach.
• A well-presented and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service and administration.
