Sales Executive – Leisure Vehicles
£21,600 Basic, £55k+ OTE – Uncapped Commission, Company Car, plus 5-Day Average Working Week (Tues-Sat)
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Leisure Sales Executive to join the high-energy team at VW Clark Commercials Aberdeen. What You'll Do
Become a Camper Van Expert: Your primary focus will be selling our incredible range of camper vans. This includes sourcing donor vans, guiding customers through the custom build process, and creating engaging video content to market them online.
Create Unforgettable Experiences: This is a chance to connect with customers, understand their unique needs, and build lasting relationships, making their purchase a truly special experience.
Seal the Deal: You'll proactively follow up on leads and confidently negotiate sales to maximise every opportunity.
Maximise Value: Present tailored finance, insurance, and other value-added products to enhance each customer's purchase.
What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Experience: You have a background in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
A Passion for People: You're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. A love for the outdoors and camping is a huge plus!
Motivated & Ambitious: You have strong negotiation skills, a hunger to succeed, and the confidence to close deals.
Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a talented and driven team.
Creative Mind: You have a working knowledge of videography and social media to showcase our amazing products.
