Sales Manager – Renault, Dacia & Alpine Aberdeen
Are you ready for your next challenge? Due to business growth, John Clark Renault, Dacia & Alpine Aberdeen is looking to appoint a highly motivated Used Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team.
We welcome applications from experienced Sales Controllers and current Sales Managers who are passionate about delivering results and can demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on the day-to-day running of a busy used car sales team within a main dealership. The ideal candidate will:
? Have previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller within the automotive industry.
? Be an inspirational leader, capable of motivating a team to exceed targets.
? Manage sales leads, distribute and monitor daily enquiries, and drive performance.
? Demonstrate a strong management style, bringing enthusiasm, humour, and clear direction.
? Ensure a professional and structured sales process while maintaining a strong focus on KPIs.
? Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry through to closing the deal.
