John Clark Motor Group is a market leader in automotive retail, representing prestigious brands like BMW, Audi, VW and Jaguar Land Rover. We are looking for a highly motivated and tenacious Sales Retention Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical, target-driven role where you are directly responsible for ensuring our customers stay within the John Clark family, guaranteeing their next purchase is made with us—not the competition.

Your Key Focus as Sales Retention Specialist : Converting Loyalty into Revenue

  • You will manage the most valuable pipeline in the business: our existing customer base. This is a phone-based sales role requiring exceptional persuasion and persistence.
  • Proactively manage the CRM to identify customers in the final 6-12 months of their lease or finance agreement. This is your exclusive, high-value sales pipeline.
  • Contact customers to advise them on options, new models, and equity, securing a confirmed, high-quality sales appointment for our Sales Executives.
  • Effectively negotiate and handle objections related to contract terms, trade-in value, or competitive offers to prevent the customer from leaving the Group.
  • Act as the primary contact to nurture long-term relationships, building a loyalty bridge directly to the next sale.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record in a target-driven sales, telesales, or high-value customer retention environment is essential. Automotive experience is a bonus, but your passion for selling and earning is key.
  • Skills: Exceptional telephone manner, aggressive yet professional negotiation skills, and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven to manage a high-volume, high-value sales pipeline.
