Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment? Pentland Land Rover Elgin, part of the John Clark Motor Group, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to support both our Sales and Service teams.

About the Role:

As a Sales & Service Support, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience across both departments. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless handovers for new vehicle purchases and offering efficient, friendly support to both Sales Executives and Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team with vehicle handovers, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Taking photographs, where required, of available cars to support advertising.
• Providing a welcoming first point of contact for customers, whether that’s in the showroom or responding to digital enquiries.
• Promoting the brand products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly and easy to understand way
• Preparing bespoke videos for customers on available cars.
• Engage with customers to explain product features and technology in a clear, helpful way.
• Assist Service Advisors during busy periods, ensuring customers are looked after promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations between departments.
• Provide a knowledgeable, welcoming presence in the showroom and service area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high standards.
• Confidence in learning and explaining vehicle features and technology.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
