About the Role:

As a Vehicle Sales Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Working closely with the Sales Management Team, you will help support the sales process by assisting with vehicle preparation, logistics, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Management Team in ensuring smooth vehicle preparation
• Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer handovers
• Fuelling vehicles and assisting with general logistics
• Carrying out the parts van run first thing in the morning
• Photographing vehicles to ensure high-quality images for the website.
• Cleaning and preparing vehicles ahead of photography and customer collection.
• Organising the pitch, showroom display, and back compound to maintain a professional and inviting presentation.
• Marking up vehicles for auction as required
• Assisting the transport team in locating and managing vehicle movements within the compound

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and organised individual who takes pride in their work.
• Someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
