I have enjoyed and relished the fast-paced, day-to-day challenges that the role delivers. From day one, I was welcomed into a vibrant and dynamic company that values its employees. My career has since developed into my current role as Senior Service Advisor at Pentland Land Rover.
The daily tasks and the drive for success can be hard at times, but they are also incredibly rewarding. As a team, we have achieved fantastic results, including industry-leading, consistently high CSI scores and financial goals, all through a highly challenging period.
I am especially proud of my personal achievement in being named Land Rover Service Advisor of the Year in 2022.
