I like having the structure and processes of a big group, coupled to the genuine family hands-on approach; I’m always amazed and impressed that the guys at board level are interested in individuals, not just bottom-line. Hard work and performance is very well rewarded, not just via pay but via recognition and awards. I can honestly say that I’ve never regretted the move and can easily see myself staying until retirement
